You have multiple options for payment of your telephone service with Canada Reconnect:

  • Direct Debit - Direct Debit Form Download
    Once you've filled out the form fax it back to us at 1-800-823-6961.

  • Major Bank or Credit Union such as
    Caisse Popularie and most other financial institutions. All you need to do is provide the teller with your statement and ask to make a bill payment to Canada Reconnect.

  • Online Banking - Add us to your bill payee list (we are listed with every institution) and make your payment to Canada Reconnect.
    VERY IMPORTANT: When making your payment, you must inform the teller of your Canada Reconnect Account Number that is indicated on your statement so that we can apply the payment to your account correctly.

  • Credit Card - Call us at 1 800 930 6644 and our friendly representatives will take your information.

  • or locations -
    Simply go into the store nearest you and ask to make a payment to:

    Once you have made your Cash Link payment, it is very important that you call into our office with your receipt information to report the payment so that we can apply it to your account.


  • Money Mart - Just advise the teller that you want to make a "Tel-Pay" to Canada Reconnect and give them your Canada Reconnect Account Number.

  • TD/Canada Trust - Go into the branch nearest you and ask to make a bill payment to Canada Reconnect. Ensure that you have your Sensible Reconnect Account Number with you so you can inform the teller. Your account number is necessary to ensure your payment gets applied to your account properly.

  • Pay by Money Order - Purchase a money order at any Canada Post outlet or bank, and send it to our office:

    Please remember that it is solely your responsibility to be aware of your monthly payment dates and to ensure that your payment arrives at our office on or before the due date. Payments that arrive at our office late will incur a late fee even if you sent the payment before the due date. For this reason we advise you to send the money order Express post so that it will get to us in 3 days because Regular Post can take up to 10 days.

  • Other Important Notes:


    If you signed up online and DID NOT provide an email address, please make your initial payment at TD/Canada Trust and then call us toll free at 1 800 930 6644 (SENSE 4 U) with your payment receipt number.

    If you signed up online and DID provided an email address you may print the statement that was emailed to you and take it to any financial institution to make your first and recurring payments.

    Also, please keep in mind that we can not begin to connect your line until we have received your first payment. If you make a payment and want to ensure that we know about it you can call us and report your payment through our automated system 24/7 OR to one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives during regular office hours.
